Originally a Barn, this stone-built cottage with it's oak timbers has been completely restored and modernised.

The timbers are exposed throughout giving a delightfully cosy atmosphere. The ground floor is tiled and the floor upstairs is of chestnut boards. Centrally heated throughout for cooler spring or autumn evenings. Total floor area approx 104 square meters.

• Child friendly - Cot, high chair, stair gate, child proof swimming pool cover that can be rolled on or off in 5 minutes. Buggy suitable for a toddler. Bring your own harness if you think you need it.

• Living Room - Comfortable sitting area with satellite TV, DVD, radio, cassette and CD player. Wood burning stove. Dining area for 6 people. High chair. Original manger preserved. Four steps down to kitchen. Open plan stairs to first floor.
• Kitchen - Completely new fitted kitchen with large refrigerator/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Gas hob and electric oven. Microwave. Door to downstairs toilet.
• Toilet - Also contains central heating boiler and large sink, useful for hand laundry. Heated towel rail.

• Master bedroom - Steps down from landing. French doors to balcony. Fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. King sized Double bed with memory foam mattress.
• Balcony -  Approx 2m x 3m. Big enough to sit out and enjoy breakfast. Wonderful view across the valley.
• Shower room - Large shower cubicle (150cm x 90cm), toilet and washbasin. Heated towel rail.
• Bedroom 2 - Twin beds and child’s cot. Fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers. Door to ensuite bathroom .
• Ensuite bathroom - Scroll top bath, wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail.

• Broadband - Available via Wi-fi router situated in the owner’s house nearby. The amplifier provides a clear signal. No code required.
• Enclosed Garden - Private patio with dining table and chairs. Sun loungers. BBQ. Wonderful view across the valley. Approx 1000 square metres of grass to play on.
• Swimming pool - Approx 7.5 x 4.5 meters. Roman steps. Child proof cover.
• Car Park - Ample car park.  
• Linen -  Beds are provided with pillows, duvets and their covers. A pair of towels for each person. Please bring your own towels for swimming. Our housekeeper changes the linen every Saturday.
